All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays
- Delays can occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or events outside our control

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders worldwide. No minimum purchase required.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For international orders, please note that packages may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

If your package is held by customs, please contact your local customs office for assistance. We cannot predict or control these fees.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days from the ship date:
1. Check your tracking information first
2. Contact your local post office or carrier
3. If still unresolved, email us at soporte.kopuru@gmail.com with your order number

We will investigate and help resolve the issue. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Kopuru is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to change your address, contact us immediately at soporte.kopuru@gmail.com before your order ships.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our Refund Policy first. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
